گروه توسعه انرژی تدبیر (سهامی خاص) در سال ۱۳۸۷ با هدف سرمایه‌گذاری در زنجیره ارزش صنعت انرژی شامل نفت، گاز، پتروشیمی و تولید برق تأسیس شد.
در حال حاضر، ۱۶ شرکت تابعه تحت پوشش این هلدینگ در بخش‌های بالادستی، میان‌دستی و پایین‌دستی صنایع مذکور فعالیت می‌کنند.
فعالیت‌های کلیدی این شرکت‌های تابعه شامل سرمایه‌گذاری، مشارکت و بهره‌برداری از پروژه‌های مرتبط با تولید، انتقال، فرآوری، ذخیره‌سازی و توزیع نفت خام، گاز، فرآورده‌های نفتی، محصولات پتروشیمی و سایر حامل‌های انرژی و همچنین مهندسی، حفاری و ساخت پمپ‌های درون‌چاهی و غیره است.

Tadbir Energy Development Group (Private Joint-Stock Company) was established in 2008 with the aim of investing in energy industry value chain, including oil, gas, petrochemicals and power generation.
Currently, 16 subsidiaries operate under this holding company in upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the mentioned industries.
The key activities of these subsidiaries including investment, partnership and operation of projects related to the production, transportation, processing, storage and distribution of crude oil, gas, petroleum products, petrochemical products and other energy carriers, as well as engineering, drilling, and manufacturing downhole pumps, among others.
